Grove Bags 1oz TerpLoc Opaque Pouch (100/Case) – Cannabis Curing and Storage Bags

The Grove Bags 1oz TerpLoc Opaque Pouch (100/Case) is a specialized cannabis curing and storage bag designed to preserve freshness, protect delicate terpenes, and maintain flower quality after harvest. Featuring Grove Bags' innovative TerpLoc® technology, this opaque pouch helps regulate moisture and oxygen exchange while protecting dried cannabis from light exposure and environmental conditions that can affect its quality.

With a 1 oz (28 g) capacity and dimensions of 6.25" × 9" + 2.375" gusset, these cannabis storage pouches provide a practical solution for storing individual quantities of dried flower. The fully opaque construction adds protection against light, while the resealable zipper offers convenient access to the contents.

Supplied in a pack of 100 pouches, this format is suitable for commercial growers, cannabis processors, and businesses requiring consistent post-harvest packaging.

Advanced TerpLoc Technology for Cannabis Curing and Preservation

Grove Bags' proprietary TerpLoc® technology uses specialized multilayer film engineered to manage moisture and gas exchange. This technology helps create a balanced microclimate inside the pouch, supporting the preservation of cannabinoids, aromatic terpenes, and overall cannabis flower quality.

When properly dried cannabis is placed inside and the pouch is securely closed, TerpLoc technology is designed to support an internal relative humidity range of approximately 58–62%. This helps reduce excessive moisture fluctuations and limit oxidation during storage.

The material also incorporates protection against harmful UV exposure, helping preserve compounds that may deteriorate when exposed to light.

Unlike traditional glass curing jars, which often require periodic opening to release accumulated moisture, Grove Bags are designed to simplify the curing process by reducing the need for routine burping under appropriate conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions About Grove Bags 1oz Opaque Pouches

What is the Grove Bags 1oz TerpLoc Opaque Pouch used for?

The Grove Bags 1oz TerpLoc Opaque Pouch is designed for curing and storing dried cannabis flower. Its specialized multilayer film helps manage moisture and gas exchange while protecting terpenes and preserving freshness.

How much cannabis fits inside a 1oz Grove Bag?

A 1oz Grove Bag is designed to accommodate approximately 28 grams of dried cannabis flower. Actual capacity may vary depending on bud size, density, and how the pouch is filled.

What is the advantage of an opaque Grove Bag?

An opaque Grove Bag blocks light exposure, helping protect cannabinoids and aromatic terpenes from light-related degradation. This makes it useful for cannabis storage in environments where lighting conditions may vary.

Do Grove Bags require humidity packs?

Grove Bags TerpLoc pouches are designed to support suitable moisture conditions without additional humidity packs when cannabis has been properly dried before storage. They cannot correct excessively wet flower and should not replace proper drying procedures.

Do Grove Bags need to be burped during curing?

TerpLoc technology is designed to reduce the need for regular burping associated with traditional glass jars. However, cannabis must be appropriately dried before sealing, and moisture conditions should be monitored to help prevent spoilage.

Can Grove Bags 1oz Opaque Pouches be reused?

Yes. Grove Bags pouches can be reused when they remain clean, undamaged, and suitable for continued cannabis storage. The zipper and packaging should be inspected before reuse.

What is the difference between Grove Bags and regular plastic storage bags?

Grove Bags use specialized TerpLoc film designed to manage moisture and oxygen exchange while providing odor protection, anti-static properties, and UV protection. Conventional plastic bags generally lack these cannabis-specific storage features.
