Precise Digital CO₂ Control
The Autopilot controller continuously measures the CO₂ concentration inside the growing area and automatically operates compatible CO₂ equipment to maintain the selected ppm level.
The adjustable setpoint allows growers to select the desired CO₂ concentration, while the adjustable deadband determines how much the reading can vary before the controller activates or deactivates the connected equipment.
Fuzzy Logic CO₂ Mode
The controller includes a selectable Fuzzy Logic mode designed specifically for systems using compressed CO₂ with a regulator and solenoid valve.
Fuzzy Logic monitors how quickly CO₂ levels are rising or falling and adjusts injection by rapidly cycling the solenoid valve as the target ppm level is approached.
This can help reduce overshooting and improve CO₂ efficiency compared with basic ON/OFF control.
Important: Fuzzy Logic mode should not be used with CO₂ generators. Use the standard generator mode when controlling combustion-type CO₂ generators.
15 ft Remote Combination Probe
The included remote probe contains both:
- A light sensor
- An NDIR CO₂ sensor
Its 15 ft (4.57 m) cable allows the sensor to be positioned at a representative location in the grow room while keeping the controller conveniently mounted elsewhere.
An optional extension cable can increase the sensor distance to approximately 30 ft (9.14 m).
Day and Light Detection
The integrated photocell allows the controller to detect light conditions.
Photocell sensitivity can be adjusted to suit different growing environments, helping the controller coordinate CO₂ operation with the lighting period.
CO₂ Min/Max Memory
The controller stores minimum and maximum recorded CO₂ concentrations.
Growers can review these values to identify fluctuations in ppm between inspections and reset the stored readings when required.
Built-In Error Monitoring
The APCECOD monitors CO₂ changes while connected equipment is operating.
If the controller does not detect an expected change in CO₂ concentration within a specified period, it can deactivate the CO₂ output and indicate an error condition.
This helps alert the grower to possible issues with the CO₂ equipment or sensor.

How to Use the Autopilot Digital CO₂ Controller
Mount the controller in a dry, accessible location.
Place the remote probe in an area with good air circulation, preferably near crop height. Avoid placing the sensor in direct sunlight, directly beneath HID lighting, or where it may come into contact with water.
Connect compatible CO₂ equipment to the controller and allow the sensor approximately 5 minutes to warm up after startup.
Set the desired CO₂ ppm level, deadband, operating mode, and photocell settings.
Use Fuzzy Logic mode only with compressed CO₂ systems. Select generator mode when using a compatible CO₂ generator.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.
