The Aquafog XE-HRSM-2000-EXP Mobile Fan is a powerful, self-contained mobile fogging system engineered for humidification, evaporative cooling, dust suppression, and specialized fogging applications in classified or explosion-prone environments.

Built around Aquafog’s high-output XE centrifugal atomizer, the XE-HRSM-2000-EXP combines strong air movement, fine fog production, an integrated water tank, and an explosion-proof hazardous-duty motor in a rugged wheeled platform. It is an excellent solution for industrial facilities, agricultural environments, greenhouses, processing areas, mines, and other locations where standard electrical equipment may not be suitable.

High-Output Mobile Fogging Performance

The Aquafog XE-HRSM-2000-EXP Mobile Fan delivers up to 13.5 gallons per hour (GPH) of fog while producing about 3,000 CFM of airflow.

Its nozzle-free centrifugal atomization technology produces fine airborne droplets without using conventional high-pressure pumps or clog-prone misting nozzles. This helps simplify maintenance while delivering powerful fog distribution throughout large commercial and industrial spaces.

With an evaporative cooling capacity of up to 109,350 BTU/hr, the system suits applications requiring high-volume humidification and cooling.

Integrated 18-Gallon Mobile Tank

The XE-HRSM-2000-EXP includes a large 18-gallon US / 68 L integrated supply tank, allowing the system to operate as a self-contained mobile fogging unit.

A built-in float valve automatically helps maintain the proper water level when connected to a water supply. The unit also includes a large tank access lid and garden hose connection for convenient filling, inspection, and maintenance.

Mounted on a rugged wheeled chassis, the system can be repositioned throughout a facility wherever fogging, cooling, or humidification is required.

Adjustable 4-Position Fogging Head

The pivoting fogging head can be positioned at:

• 15°
• 30°
• 45°

Directing the fog upward gives droplets more time to evaporate before reaching surrounding surfaces, improving humidification and evaporative cooling performance.

The system provides a fog propulsion distance of approximately 30–35 ft / 9.1–10.5 m, making it suitable for large areas requiring effective fog distribution.

Adjustable Manual Flow Control

A 1/4-turn ball valve lets operators adjust fogging output to the application.

Lower flow settings generally produce finer, drier fog, while higher flow settings provide greater moisture output for cooling and high-capacity humidification applications.
