We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America only.Will my items come in one package?
Most of the time, yes. But depending on your purchase it is possible that more than 1 package is needed.Can I pay by Interac transfer?

Returns and ExchangesWhat is your returns policy?
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to open an RMA request
- An RMA must be requested within 14 days of the delivery of your order if non-defective, or 30 days if defective.
- Items must be in their original, and unopened box (for non-defective items)
*Special orders and liquids are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.

You must contact us as quickly as possible before the order is shipped. If it’s not shipped, we’ll be able to modify the shipping address.Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
Once an order is submitted, you’ll have 12 hours to cancel it. Call us and we’ll help you canceling your order.Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
