BIOCANNA Bio Terra Plus consists of a natural, entirely herbal blend developed especially for organic horticulture. It holds certification from the Control Union Certifications organization for use in organic farming.

 

This reduced peat potting mix contains premium white peat, coconut fiber, organic soil improver and organic fertilizer without any animal-derived materials. Coconut fiber represents a sustainable alternative to peat. The combination of the exceptional physical properties of premium white peat with premium coconut fiber provides a proven solution which, in addition to providing the ideal substrate for your plants, significantly reduces the impact on the environment compared to conventional mixtures made entirely of peat.

BIOCANNA Bio Terra Plus contains only organic nutrients of plant origin that are released according to the needs of the plant. This ensures that the plant always feeds optimally. Thanks to this simple, but effective system, even less experienced gardeners can achieve astonishing results using BIOCANNA Bio Terra Plus.

BIOCANNA Bio Terra Plus was designed to support organic growing methods and combines ideally with other BIOCANNA products, such as BIOCANNA Bio Vega and BIOCANNA Bio Flores.

Premium Resources

The premium peat used is only found in a few places in the world. The long fibrous structures of the peat in BIOCANNA Bio Terra Plus are much lighter, making it an absolute advantage for the plant.

We have deliberately chosen not to add bark to Bio Terra Plus. The bark was found to be one of the ingredients responsible for attracting fungus flies (sciarids). Soil flies can inhibit the root growth process.

The coconut fiber used in the mixture has not undergone any steam sterilization, so it provides a natural source of fungi of the genus Trichoderma which form beneficial associations with plants. What's more, the nitrogen level of Bio Terra Plus is better balanced to promote plant growth. Additionally, lime is an approved product that helps improve soil.

Adding a new soil amendment:

  • Improves the vitality, quality and growth of the plant.
  • Stimulates the growth and activities of beneficial bacteria in the soil.
  • Stimulates the development of mycorrhiza and its symbiotic activities.
  • Prevents leaching of nitrates with (drainage) water and maintains the availability of essential minerals for plants.
  • Increased water retention capacity and improved drainage ensure a well-aerated substrate to accelerate rooting.

Nutritional regulations

The plant manages its nutritional needs itself, but you must still remain attentive to first ensure the adequate availability of elements in the substrate. By applying too much BIOCANNA Bio Vega or Bio Flores, the plant will still assimilate what it needs, but the excess will create accumulations of salts that will have to be washed out. With too little BIOCANNA Bio Vega or Bio Flores, the nutrients initially contained in Bio Terra Plus are consumed at an accelerated rate and the plants may begin to turn yellow. Be sure to follow the BIOCANNA Bio Vega or Bio Flores growing schedule.

Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. Shipping

Most products ship within 1 to 3 business days. Some items might take longer as they are delivered from our warehouse in Vancouver. As soon as we receive your tracking number, we will send it over to you.

International Orders

Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers. Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, you can email us at info@canadagrowsupplies.com for some more information on shipment. Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Canada Grow Supplies Inc.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.

Returns
