Aquafog GT-500 Fans
The Aquafog GT-500 Fans are professional direct-feed centrifugal fogging systems designed for reliable humidification, evaporative cooling, greenhouse environmental control, agricultural applications, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other commercial or industrial environments.
Available in two electrical configurations — GT-500 and GT-500-230 — these rugged fog fans combine Aquafog’s 14-inch GT centrifugal atomizer, approximately 1,800 CFM airflow, adjustable water flow, and nozzle-free fog production in a durable system designed for continuous-duty operation.
Unlike conventional high-pressure misting systems, the GT-500 uses centrifugal atomization to create fine fog without small nozzles that can clog or high-pressure pumps that require additional maintenance.

Direct-Feed Centrifugal Fogging
The GT-500 is a direct-feed system, meaning it connects to a pressurized water supply rather than using a recirculating tank.
The included visual flowmeter system allows operators to monitor and adjust water input precisely before it reaches the centrifugal atomizer.
Depending on the selected flowmeter configuration, the GT platform can provide different fog characteristics:

Lower water-flow settings generally create finer droplets, while higher settings increase fog volume and cooling capacity.

Pressurized Water Supply & Drainage
The GT-500 direct-feed system connects to a pressurized water supply through its flowmeter panel.

Because the system does not use a recirculating reservoir, it must discharge excess water through a drain line.
The amount of drainage depends on the selected water-flow setting and flowmeter configuration.
Water Solenoid for Automatic Operation
A direct-feed fogger should include a water solenoid shutoff valve whenever the system is automatically switched on and off.
The solenoid stops water flow whenever electrical power to the fog fan is interrupted, helping prevent unwanted water flow when the atomizer is not operating.
Aquafog -DF control packages for the 115 V GT-500 include the required water solenoid.
For the GT-500-230, always use a properly rated 230 V compatible control and water-solenoid configuration.
OSHA-Compliant Hydrophilic Safety Guard
The GT-500 uses an OSHA-compliant front safety guard designed for professional environments.
The 304 stainless-steel hydrophilic guard encourages water to wick downward toward the housing instead of collecting into larger droplets that the rotating atomizer could throw outward.
This makes the GT platform particularly well suited to occupied agricultural, commercial, and industrial environments.

Important: The listed DH-36-DF, XE-36-DF, CTA-120-DF, THA-120-DF, TC-120-DF, and SV-120-DF configurations are designed around 115 V operation. Pair the GT-500-230 with appropriately rated 230 V controls and water shutoff equipment.

Order Confirmation
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.
Shipping
Most products ship within 1 to 3 business days. Some items might take longer as they are delivered from our warehouse in Vancouver. As soon as we receive your tracking number, we will send it over to you.

International Orders
Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers. Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, you can email us at info@canadagrowsupplies.com for some more information on shipment.
Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Canada Grow Supplies Inc.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.
