Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?We process all orders in 48h. Various shipping options will be proposed to you in the checkout process.
How do I create an account?You can create an account by following this link.
How do I change my shipping address?Contact us if you need to change your shipping address. Please make sure to do it as fast as possible, before we ship your item.
How do I track the status of my order?You will receive an email when your order is processed, and an other one when your order is shipped. Depending on the shipping method you selected, a tracking number may also be available. Please consult your account or the emails you have received from us.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?No, we will not keep your credit card information on file.
Do you charge sales tax?Yes we do charge taxes. The taxation rate will vary depending on your province or country.
Do you ship to my country?We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America only.
Will my items come in one package?Most of the time, yes. But depending on your purchase it is possible that more than 1 package is needed.
Can I pay by Interac transfer?Yes, we do accept Interac transfers. During the checkout process, the instructions will be displayed on our website and sent to you by email as well.
Where are you located?We are located in Montreal (Quebec).

Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to open an RMA request
- An RMA must be requested within 14 days of the delivery of your order if non-defective, or 30 days if defective.
- Items must be in their original, and unopened box (for non-defective items)
*Special orders and liquids are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.

I received the wrong itemWhile this happens very rarely, just send us a picture of the item received at info@canadagrowsupplies.com and your order number and we will contact you to resolve the issue quickly.
My order arrived damagedIf that’s the case, send us your order number and a picture of the damaged item at info@canadagrowsupplies.com and we will contact you to resolve the issue quickly.
How do I receive customer support?To receive customer support, you have 3 options.

2. Use our live chat support during business hours.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?You must contact us as quickly as possible before the order is shipped. If it’s not shipped, we’ll be able to modify the shipping address.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?Once an order is submitted, you’ll have 12 hours to cancel it. Call us and we’ll help you canceling your order.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?At the moment, we don’t accept pre-orders.
