Q: Can I mix MIICROBIAL MASS with my nutrient reservoir or should it be mixed with only water?
A: MIICROBIAL MASS is safe and effective to be mixed into any nutrient solution or applied with water.
Q: What is the optimal pH for applying MIICROBIAL MASS?
A: MIICROBIAL MASS functions properly when applied in solution with a pH range of 5.5 to 7.
Q: Can I use hydrogen peroxide with MIICROBIAL MASS?
A: It is not recommended to use hydrogen peroxide with MIICROBIAL MASS. However, the bacterial consortium can survive and function in H2O2 levels below 500ppm. This means that 29% hydrogen peroxide can be mixed with MIICROBIAL MASS as long as it is diluted at 1.5ml per liter of water or less.
Q: Can I use enzyme products with MIICROBIAL MASS? A: Yes. Q: Can I use mycorrhizal products with MIICROBIAL MASS?
A: Yes. Mycorrhizal fungi and beneficial bacteria complement each other in healthy natural soils and may be used together as part of any cultivation program.
Q: How often do I need to apply MIICROBIAL MASS?
A: MIICROBIAL MASS only needs to be applied once every two weeks in order to maintain healthy bacterial populations in the root zone. More frequent applications are safe but may not provide any further benefits to the plant.
Q: What happens if I use too much and apply MIICROBIAL MASS in a more concentrated solution?
A: Although a more concentrated dose will be safe for plants, it is not likely to increase the benefits of using the product at the recommended application rate.
Q: Can I add MIICROBIAL MASS to my compost tea recipes and brew it with other microbially active ingredients?
A: Yes. MIICROBIAL MASS is compatible with compost tea applications and can be used as a microbial inoculant for brewing teas. However, some tea recipes may inhibit the proliferation of the carefully selected beneficial bacteria that make up this product. We recommend amino acids and sugars in equal amounts as a feed stock. For best results, we recommend applying MIICROBIAL MASS according to the instructions on the bottle without brewing it into a tea.
Q: How long is the shelf life?
A: A bottle of MIICROBIAL MASS can be stored for up to two years. It Is best to store it in a cool, dark place.
Q: What happens if it freezes?
A: If a bottle MIICROBIAL MASS freezes, it is still perfectly good to use. Simply let the product thaw at room temperature and give it a good shake before use.
Q: Is this product suitable for organic cultivation?
A: Yes. MIICROBIAL MASS is approved for certified organic production and is attested by Ecocert Canada.
Q: Is this product Health Canada Approved?
A: Yes. MIICROBIAL MASS is registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency for use in c******s cultivation and is fully approved for producers licensed under Health Canada.
Q: Does MIICROBIAL MASS need to be shaken before use?
A: Yes. It is very important to shake MIICROBIAL MASS well before each use. The bacterial spores will settle over time, so thorough shaking is required to ensure optimal inoculation from each bacterial strain.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. Most products ship within 1 to 3 business days. Some items might take longer as they are delivered from our warehouse in Vancouver. As soon as we receive your tracking number, we will send it over to you.
Free shipping is available across all provinces throughout Canada for orders over 149$.

Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Canada Grow Supplies Inc.
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.
In order to make sure you are completely satisfied, we can send you a return label within 14 days of receiving the order. This is to guarantee that you are happy with the product. Some products might require a 10-25% restocking fee. Please visit our full return policy.
