How long does it take for me to receive my order?We process all orders in 48h. Various shipping options will be proposed to you in the checkout process.
What is your return and exchange policy?Return Authorization
Before returning any items, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
Return Eligibility
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :
- Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original and unopened box
- Be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase
No return, refund or exchange on special orders & nutrients.
Return Procedure
The buyer will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.
Canada Grow Supplies reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.
Upon successful inspection of returned items, a refund, less the restocking fees, will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
How do I change my shipping address?Contact us if you need to change your shipping address. Please make sure to do it as fast as possible, before we ship your item.
How do I track the status of my order?You will receive an email when your order is processed, and an other one when your order is shipped. Depending on the shipping method you selected, a tracking number may also be available. Please consult your account or the emails you have received from us.
How do I receive customer support?Easy! Use the contact form on your right and we will get back to you within 24h.
Do you ship to my country?We only ship to Canada.
Will my items come in one package?Most of the time, yes. But depending on your purchase it is possible that more than 1 package is needed.
Can i pay with E-Transfer?Yes, we do accept E-transfer payments. After choosing this option you can log into your online banking and email money transfer (EMT) the funds. Send the email funds to: interac@canadagrowingsupplies.com. Please set the security question to: ‘What is my order number?’ You must set the password as your order number, Example: Your order is #12345-IGC -> password = 12345.
If your Banking Company requires a 6 digit password, please add a zero before your order number. After receiving the funds, we will automatically connect your payment to your order and send you a confirmation email. Please note, EMTs may take up to 24 hours to be processed. If you would like faster processing please choose credit card or PayPal payment option as it will automate the process.
