Orders and Shipping

We process all orders in 48h. Various shipping options will be proposed to you in the checkout process.

Contact us if you need to change your shipping address. Please make sure to do it as fast as possible, before we ship your item.

You will receive an email when your order is processed, and an other one when your order is shipped. Depending on the shipping method you selected, a tracking number may also be available. Please consult your account or the emails you have received from us.

No, we will not keep your credit card information on file.

Yes we do charge taxes.  The taxation rate will vary depending on your province or country.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America only.

Most of the time, yes. But depending on your purchase it is possible that more than 1 package is needed.

Yes, we do accept Interac transfers. During the checkout process, the instructions will be displayed on our website and sent to you by email as well.

If you need to return an item

Returns and Exchanges

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :

  1. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to open an RMA request
  2. An RMA must be requested within 14 days of the delivery of your order if non-defective, or 30 days if defective.
  3. Items must be in their original, and unopened box (for non-defective items)

*Special orders and liquids are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.

While this happens very rarely, just send us a picture of the item received at [email protected] and your order number and we will contact you to resolve the issue quickly.

If that’s the case, send us your order number and a picture of the damaged item at [email protected] and we will contact you to resolve the issue quickly.

You must contact us as quickly as possible before the order is shipped.  If it’s not shipped, we’ll be able to modify the shipping address.

Once an order is submitted, you’ll have 12 hours to cancel it.  Call us and we’ll help you canceling your order.

At the moment, we don’t accept pre-orders.
